VOUCHMORPH™

Terms and Conditions

Last updated 2 October 2026 · Botswana

These terms explain how you may use VouchMorph. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.

1. What VouchMorph does

VouchMorph moves money between participating banks, wallets and card issuers when you ask it to. We are not a bank and we do not hold your money — it stays with the institutions that hold your linked accounts until a transfer completes.

2. Your account

3. Using the service

4. Fees

Any fee is shown before you confirm a transaction. By confirming, you agree to pay it.

5. Money sent to a phone number, email or ID

This money is held for the recipient for a limited time, and they must verify who they are before they can claim it.

6. Our responsibility

We work to keep VouchMorph available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, wallets, networks or others outside our control. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and you are asked to agree each time you sign in.

8. Your personal information

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Botswana, and disputes are subject to the courts of Botswana. VouchMorph operates under the supervision of the Bank of Botswana.
